Counterbalance has been commissioned by the property owners to project manage the renovation of their period dwelling in Greenwich, London.
The goal is to transform the property into a high-quality, two-bedroom terraced home that aligns with modern design standards and specifications.

Approach
The proposal includes several key improvements: removing internal walls to create a more open and spacious kitchen/dining area, adding roof windows to the pitched roofs to enhance natural light, removing chimneys to optimize space, and refurbishing the kitchen and bathroom to bring them up to contemporary standards.

The project is poised to commence on-site and is scheduled for completion in autumn 2024. Throughout the process, Counterbalance will ensure that every aspect of the renovation is executed with precision and attention to detail, maintaining the historical integrity of the dwelling while introducing modern comforts and aesthetics.
